The App uses open-source libraries and tools, including PDFBox-Android, Apache POI, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design. These libraries retain their original licenses and attributions.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to your documents and files. We do not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or process using the App.

7.2 Our Access to Your Content

We do NOT access, view, or store your documents on our servers. All processing happens locally on your device or through your connected cloud storage services.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to use and process your content
• Complying with copyright and licensing laws
• Any consequences of using or sharing your content

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

8.1 No Warranty

We do NOT warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

The App is not intended to provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult with appropriate professionals for specific advice related to your situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Doc Viewer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Damage to your device or data
• Cost of substitute goods or services

9.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium subscription in the last 12 months, or $10 USD if you are a free user.

We are not responsible for any loss of your documents or data. You should regularly backup your important documents and not rely solely on the App for document storage.

10. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device and discontinuing use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, illegal or harmful activities, abuse or misuse of the App, or at our sole discretion for any reason.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases, you must stop using the App, locally stored data may be deleted, and premium features will no longer be accessible.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms in the App, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Doc Viewer.

12.2 Severability
